46-year old supermodel Linda Evangelista went to Manhattan Family Court on Monday to request $46,000 in monthly child support for her 4-year old son, Augustin James.

Augustin’s father, Francois-Henri Pinault, is the CEO of a French conglomerate owning Yves St. Laurent, Gucci, and Bottega Veneta.  His family is estimated to be worth around $11.5 billion.  In addition, sources say that Pinault pays $50,000 a month for a trust in his 3-year old daughter Valentina’s name alone.

According to court documents, Pinault has never paid any amount of child support to Evangelista and Augustin.  The model says she needs what is believed to be the highest monthly child support payment in the history of family court in the U.S. for drivers, nannies, and security details.

According to divorce papers, actor, Charlie Sheen will be paying his ex-wife, Brooke Mueller $55,000 a month in child support. The former couple share 2-year-old twins together.

Sheen allegedly pays the same amount for the two children that he shares with Denise Richards. The couple will continue to share joint custody with Mueller having physical custody and Sheen having custodial rights.

The couple has been separated since December 2009 after Sheen was arrested while the couple was on vacation in Colorado. Mueller alleged that Sheen pulled out a knife on her and threatened to have her killed.
