Five people were injured when a vehicle collided into the back of a Poudre School District bus around 7 a.m. in Fort Collins on Friday, April 18.Three students from the Poudre School District and the bus driver were taken to nearby hospitals. Colorado man dies in Kansas traffic accident…  

The Kansas Highway Patrol cited a severe dust storm as the cause of an 11-vehicle pileup on Thursday, January 15. Three men were killed in the accident.Seven tractor-trailer vehicles and four passenger vehicles were involved in the accident. Accident on East Mary St. injures three…  

Three people were injured in a two-vehicle traffic accident between Colorado residents Curtis Wright and Darrell Goss at around 2:50 p.m. on Sunday, September 22 at 2600 East Mary Street.Goss’s passenger, 45-year-old Garden City resident Laura Goss, was taken to St. Catherine Hospital after the accident.Meanwhile, Wright and his passenger, Angela, both 45, were transported to St. Catherine Hospital. They were later transferred to a Wichita, Kansas hospital.According to Finney County Sheriff Kevin Bascue, Wright was headed east on U.S. Highway 50 and exited at Mary Street, where he turned left at a red light. He emerged directly in front of Goss's northbound 2010 GMC Yukon. Family sues Vail Resorts after losing son in avala…  

The parents of an Eagle teenager have filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Vail Resorts after losing their son to an avalanche in January.The suit alleges the resort failed to close off a dangerous section during an avalanche warning. The teenager went into one of the areas that remained open under the impression it would be safe. He was killed in an avalanche in that section of the resort.The Colorado Avalanche Information Center issued an avalanche warning for that morning.
