Motorcyclist killed in Colorado accident

Colorado State Patrol have now identified the victim of a motorcycle accident that occurred on Monday.

The 54-year-old Loveland resident’s motorcycle rear-ended a minivan driven by a 47-year-old man. The accident occurred as both men were traveling westbound on Colorado 30 when the van stopped at a stop sign and the motorcycle hit the back of it.

The man was ejected from the motorcycle as a result of the accident and pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the van was treated for non-life threatening injuries.
