NASCAR CEO Brian France recently returned to family court in an attempt to have a separation agreement between his two-time ex-wife rescinded. France and his ex-wife, Megan France, have been married and divorced twice. The second divorce was finalized in April 2008.
Brian France is accusing Megan France of breach of contract by firing their twins’ governess and violating the parenting and privacy terms included in the separation contract they agreed to after the second divorce.
The agreement includes details on how the two’s young twins should be raise and their child custody arrangement. In the second divorce, Brian France also agreed to pay his wife and kids a $9 million lump sum payment, $10,000 in monthly child support for 10 years, and $32,000 in monthly alimony for 10 years.
The CEO is arguing that if his wife is not following the terms of their contract then he should not have to pay her monthly alimony.
